You may print out a copy of the membership form (PDF - version français) and mail it in to us. Our mailing address is at the bottom of the form.

Payment mailing information

Payments can be made using the following two methods:

  1. Interac e-transfer

    1. Send payment to and note what the payment is for in the “notes” area (e.g: option 1, $100)

    2. If you have not used Interac e-transfer, use the following steps

      1. Open your online banking service or app.

      2. Add to payee list.

      3. Send required amount to
