Housing Maintenance Programs

Webinar Description

Property management maintenance software refers to digital platforms used to automate work orders, track asset information, and develop cost-optimized maintenance budgets.  These programs are used by Landlords and property managers to identify preventive maintenance scheduling, provide work requests, keep an inventory on maintenance, provide asset management and provide reports.  The focus of this webinar is to review these software programs and the ones that are mostly used in First Nations.

  • Webinar notes/readings materials should be reviewed prior to webinar.

  • 1 Webinar - 1 hour per session (Part 2: Procurement – Selecting a Contractor)

  • Computer based communication capability – Webex (instructions will be provided on how to access Webex)

  • Smart phone, if you chose to use it for the courses.
