This webinar focuses on the topics of cost and estimations. Is there really a difference? Before a build project gets under way you need to know that it’s viable from a cost perspective. What skills and tools are required to help in achieving more predictable results? What potential risks need to be considered that could impact a project? This is a 2 part presentation.

What students will learn?

  • Understand how to the project financial baseline costs and a detailed estimate

  • How to determine expenditures for various elements/segments in  build project

  • What abilities are required to independently estimate a project

  • Who else can help in playing an important part of your estimating and costing team
